Thank you for ordering from us. Our wish is for you to be 100% satisfied with our products and service. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase.
We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of the order. Any claims for damages or shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. We will credit your shipping costs only for products shipped to you in error or that are received defective. To initiate a return, please contact by phone or by email. Our hours are M-F, 9-5. For your convenience, you can leave us a message before or after hours on our voice mail. By email: We will reply with a Return Authorization Number that you will need to write on the outside of your box. Your return may be delayed without this number. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed. Your refund will be applied to your original credit card account or if you have an open account it will be applied to your account. We understand that sometimes what you receive is not what you expected or possibly your customer just changed their mind. Please read the following to see what options we offer in regards to a return. If you simply don't like the item or it doesn't meet your needs, you may return it to us within 10 days from the date of the order for credit (not including shipping charges) as long as the item is unopened, in its original packaging and in working order. We respect your need to return and hope you respect our rights to wish to resell the item.
All returns/replacements after 10 days from the date of your order must be made directly to the manufacturer of the item. All products sold by us come with manufacturers claims and warranties on literature packed with each item.
