The backcheck positioning valve feature provides a consistent backcheck parallel arm applications, preventing costly damage during forceful opening of the door. The American Eagle 3100 Series is a traditional style door control for use on commercial door applications. Fasteners are provided to facilitate installation on wood, hollow metal and aluminum doors and frames. The 3100 Series is non-handed and tri-packed to permit regular, top jamb and parallel arm installations. The common 9-1/16” mounting hole pattern permits simple installation on new or retrofit applications.
